About the Opportunity

If you're the kind of tech-savvy problem solver who loves connecting business needs with smart automation and clean data, this role is built for you.

You'll lead IT projects that make work simpler, smarter, and faster , turning manual processes into digital systems using Microsoft Power Platform tools. From automating workflows to building dashboards that tell a story, you'll be the bridge between data, people, and innovation.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end IT projects that improve workflows, reporting, and decision-making.

Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, gather requirements, and translate business problems into technical solutions.

Design, test, and implement process automations using Power Automate , Power Apps , SharePoint , and Lists .

Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric .

Support SQL Server database work, data modeling, relational structures, and integrity checks.

Experiment with AI fundamentals to enhance automation and analytics.

Track timelines, manage project documentation, and keep communication flowing across teams.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

3-5 years of experience managing or coordinating IT and automation projects.

Hands-on skills with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate .

Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database structures.

Strong communication and organization skills, you can speak both business and tech.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Power Apps , SharePoint , Lists , or Microsoft Fabric .

Curiosity about AI and how to integrate it into everyday workflows.

PMP, CBAP, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
