Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary : $45,000-$55,000

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices to customers while maintaining strong communication.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances, ensuring prompt collection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Generate regular reports and provide analysis on AR trends and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    • What You Should Bring :

  • Proven experience as an AR Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
