Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects in K-12 education

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and standards

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies in the K-12 education domain

5 years of progressive experience in executing and leading research projects

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, with a preference for specialization in school finance or policy

Experience in grant and RFP writing is a plus
