A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve workers compensation claims through effective decision-making and analysis
Communicate with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Document and report claim activities in a timely manner, adhering to policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years of related workers compensation claims experience
Active CA Adjusters' license, up-to-date on continuing education hours
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Experience with claims and business software
