KERING AMER E-commerce Project Manager

The global Kering E-commerce Team is currently seeking an AMER E-commerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team, based in Greater New York City area. This exciting and integral role will support the Digital team in the AMER region and will be responsible for designing, prioritizing requirements and managing local projects, for 4 luxury brands.
How You Will Contribute :
- Implement a strong communication with HQ and local brand teams for local project management & change requests
- Manage the prioritization of the roadmap for the AMER region, by using local industry know-how, benchmark with market players and brands' needs.
- Make sure the region needs and priorities are considered in the world-wide roadmap.
- Provide brands with local-specific advice on digital best practices, share knowledge and advice, help manage proof of concepts & pilots.
Project Management :
Manage all phases of local projects, including defining needs & requirements, estimating business cases ROI, writing the project specifications, supporting on the test phase and launch, and managing the business-as-usual activities after the projects' go-live.Document ongoing projects requirements & updates and liaise with run team to update existing final-user documentation.Roll-out of Omnichannel Services :
Support the roll out of retail omnichannel services in AMER, coordinating stakeholders (local brand teams, IT team, operations, client services, retail team, legal and finance teams) and feeding back to Central Product.Support on omnichannel training locally, when needed.Who You Are :
Minimum 5 years' experience in digitalBachelor's degree preferredExperience in the Americas marketExperience in project managementAbility to comprehend complex IT and process flowsFluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plusKey Skills and Competencies :
Technical Proficiency : Experience with :
BI tools (Power BI, etc)Excellent presentation skills (powerpoint)Strong capabilities of analysis and adaptabilityAdvanced knowledge of an OMS (Manhattan) is a plusBusiness Acumen : Understanding of digital business models, project management & solution driven
Communication & Storytelling : Good listener, diplomatic individual, able to interact with very different stakeholders & translate tech information into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to summarize, simplify and communicate complex or technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationCollaboration & Stakeholder Management : Strong collaboration with IT Run, brands, customer service, finance, legal, ops teams, HQ & product teams
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000 per year plus incentives
