Valid drivers license and good driving record Strong focus on achieving a great customer service experience High attention to detail Efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work Maintain an organized shop area Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
