As Director of Global Payroll, you will shape the future of Intuit's payroll operations, impacting thousands of employees across 7 countries. This is a highly visible, strategic leadership role at the intersection of people, technology and compliance - ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time and in full compliance worldwide. This role requires strong expertise leading and influencing numerous internal and external stakeholders for a growth-oriented organization, demonstrating the ability to deliver on-time, accurate, and compliant payroll world-wide. The candidate will bring proven collaboration and business partnership skills with stock plan administration, compensation, benefits, accounting, legal, and IT to operate payroll as an end-to-end system. The position reports directly to the Vice President, Shared Services & Operations.

Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Vision : Define and execute Intuit's global payroll vision, strategy and vendor partnerships to deliver world-class accuracy, compliance and employee experience.
• Global Leadership : Mentor, motivate and lead a geographically dispersed team of world-class payroll leaders and craft experts - provide guidance, growth opportunities and inspiration.
• Operational Excellence : Develop payroll capabilities that ensure flawless execution and scalability to support rapid global growth.
• Cross-functional Partnership : Partner across Finance, HR, IT, Legal and external partners to establish and continuously improve an integrated, end-to-end, global payroll system - ensuring execution, compliance and alignment with our business priorities.
• Strategic Initiatives & Impact : Provide active leadership on Intuit's strategic initiatives and change management efforts - including mergers and acquisitions, new market entry and expansion of services, ensuring payroll processes scale seamlessly with corporate growth.
• Compliance & Governance : Provide leadership and oversight to maintain compliance with global payroll, financial and tax requirements, building a resilient control environment that mitigates risk.

Qualifications :

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : San Diego, CA : 218,000 - 295,000.
