Join our dynamic team at Laka Group SRL as an Email / Chat Support Specialist in the Civil Engineering industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service through email and chat communication channels.
Location : United States (Remote)
Pay : $30 - $33 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and technical support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements :
