CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description

• Location : Oklahoma City, OK, 3 Locations
• Start Date : ASAP
• End Date : Ongoing; prefer providers who can commit to 3 months; extension available
• Schedule : M-F, 7am-3pm generally, can fluctuate a bit; Full time preferred, but will accept alternate work weeks, M-Th  2wks on / 2 wks off, Split Coverage
• Medically Directed ACT Model
• Requirements :
• Prefer Active, unrestricted OK license, but may accept Compact License
• Board Certified CRNA
• Clean background / malpractice
• AHA Certs : ACLS, BLS
• Must respond with updated CV
• Must have portfolio of documents readily available should you choose to apply
• EMR : Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe will be expedited and Temporary Privileges are available
• Skills : Must be skilled in all General Anesthesia; Adult, Ortho, general surgery, GI sedation, Adult ENT, GYN, spine Cataracts; All are bread & butter cases; Acuity : ASA 1-3
• Travel & lodging are covered
• Malpractice Insurance is provided
