Ratios are 1 : 4 for surgical step down, and 1 : 5-6 for lower acuity Shift : NIGHTS 36 HOURS ONLY 13-26 weeks accepted Float Requirement : Will follow unit rotation - not first to float Weekend Requirement : 4 per 4 weeks (flexible) PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP : Arterial line management, Wound Care / Wound Vac, and Charge Experience Traveler Experience : Required UNLESS traveler has more than 24 months of cardiac experience.
