Position Overview

The Car Sales Representative will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and guide them through the sales process from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits

Negotiate sales terms and complete purchase agreements

Maintain knowledge of current inventory and dealership promotions

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat / referral business

Meet or exceed sales goals set by management

Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (required)

Minimum 6 months of professional, customer-facing service experience (required)

Minimum 6 months of general sales experience (required)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

High level of motivation and ability to work in a goal-driven environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
