Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal

Location : Cleveland, OH (Beachwood) | Full-Time | Onsite

The Joseph Law Group, a well-respected and client-focused personal injury law firm based in Beachwood, Ohio, is looking for a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. For over 22 years we’ve been dedicated to helping injury victims achieve justice while maintaining a collaborative, supportive work environment for our team.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with 3–5 years of personal injury experience who can manage a busy caseload and contribute to our firm’s success. What You’ll Do :

• Organize, review, and summarize medical records and billing
• Draft and prepare demand packages for insurance negotiations
• Provide exceptional client communication, updates, and support
• Conduct and manage client intake calls
• Prepare and file litigation documents, set up depositions, perform discovery and other trial documents
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and filings
• Support overall case management and other firm operations
