Our client, a well-established organization is looking to hire an IT Help Desk Specialist to start right away! This role will be based onsite in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for technical assistance inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, VoIP, printer, and Active Directory issues
  • Support software and hardware installations, upgrades, and user account management (onboarding / offboarding)
  • Monitor and escalate urgent technical issues as appropriate
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records
  • Identify and recommend process and performance improvements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or higher degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of IT help desk experience
  • Experience with mobile device management (Android / iOS), printer / MFP setup, VoIP, FTP, and Active Directory preferred
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Networking, or Security a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
