Associate Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry and general dentistry. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, patient care, and medical documentation, as well as proficiency in various dental software systems.

• Duties
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide exceptional patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education.
• Requirements
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry and familiarity with related procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
• Ability to perform root canal therapy and other advanced dental procedures.
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.

Pay : $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
