Description of the role :

Stanley is seeking an entry level Office Assistant to help with accounts payable / receivables and other admin tasks to join our team in Belfast, Maine. As a key member of our office and accounting staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Process and record accounts payable and receivables
• Review and verify invoices and purchase orders
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any billing issues
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment collection
• Monitor and analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and potential issues
