Project Manager - Deep Foundations - Washington DC / Baltimore (Washington)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead deep foundation and geotechnical construction projects across the Washington, DC area. This is a leadership role with a well-established contractor specializing in complex foundation systems including micropiles, caissons, tiebacks, and support of excavation.

You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution, from planning and scheduling to budget management and team coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Manage multiple deep foundation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Scheduling & Planning : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Contract & Budget Management : Administer contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements; monitor budgets and control costs.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with superintendents, engineers, and support staff to drive project success.
• Client & Vendor Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Quality & Safety Oversight : Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards on all job sites.
