job_description.job_card.job_descriptionStart-of-shift equipment and line inspections Verify materials and perform quality checks Troubleshoot and adjust line settings (heat, vacuum, etc.) Maintain accurate production records Support packers and manage break schedules Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety protocols and supervisor directives High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months experience as a packer Basic computer skills and ability to print production tags Ability to read specifications and use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer, etc.) Enrollment in or completion of the Anchor Operator Training Program preferred Detail-oriented and quality-focused A strong communicator and problem solver Comfortable working in a high-temperature, loud environment Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Safety-minded and team-oriented
