Marketing And Communications Director
Utah State University (USU) invites applications for the position of Marketing and Communications Director for the Online Enterprise and Digital Learning Technology Division. The Division encompasses the Online Enterprise, Educational Technology and Innovation Lab (iLab), Digital Accessibility Services, and Professional and Continuing Educationall extending USU's land-grant mission to learners anywhere. This senior leader provides strategic vision, executive oversight, and fiscal stewardship for all marketing, branding (following USU's branding policy), and communications functions. The Director is responsible for advancing the Online Enterprise's reputation, driving student and partner engagement, and supporting revenue growth through innovative, data-informed strategies. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Online & Digital Learning Technology and is a key member of the division leadership team. The Director manages a professional staff who oversee the following areas : Content & Creative, Social & Digital Marketing, Website Management, and Recruitment & Partnerships. This position works collaboratively with Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM), Academic Units, Transfer and Corporate Partners, Office of Data & Analytics (ODA), and University Marketing & Communications (UMAC). The position will be hired as either a Marketer III or Marketer SR - see Qualifications section.
This position is eligible for hybrid work within the state of Utah.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
For Marketer III : Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business administration, or related field plus four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is required.
