Job Summary :

Client is piloting an innovative new offering within the health sector, and this role will play a vital part in ensuring flawless execution. As a member of the Live Operations team, you will focus on proactive communication with delivery drivers and merchants to achieve a 0% error rate in deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Address merchant and dasher issues with empathy and urgency via phone, SMS, and email.
• Proactively identify potential issues or failures and develop mitigation tactics.
• Execute workflows that ensure adherence to exceptional service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify trends and communicate insights to improve operational processes.
• Develop deep expertise in Client’s product, tools, and systems.
• Collaborate with a small, high-performing team to deliver world-class customer service.
