Growing Property Management Company seeks hands on, energetic, entrepreneurial team member to manage development construction projects

Duties will include but are not limited to the following :

Project Management

• Meet with estimating and business development staff to learn about project.
• Create completion schedule.
• Create construction budget to lock in profit.
• Determine what tools, equipment, and materials, will be required to complete the project and schedule their delivery.
• Manage self performed work.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Ability to manage several construction projects at the same time.

Estimating

Individual must possess, or have the ability to learn, the following skills :

Requirements :

Ideal candidate would be someone who has owned a construction contracting company, worked for contracting company as a project manager, or has been a construction project manager for a commercial contractor.

Compensation is competitive

Total compensation package would include a base wage, company phone, mileage reimbursement, and then health benefits and 401k after 90 days
