Position Details :

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8 : 00AM- 6 : 00PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Indianapolis metro area. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation : $16.00-17.50 USD per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

The On-Call, Part-Time Copy / Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to :

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Shipping & Receiving / Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

The On-Call, Part-Time Copy / Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to :
