We're seeking a diligent and analytical Materials Cycle Counter / Inventory Control professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, ensuring our materials management system is reliable and efficient.

What You Will Experience In This Position :

• Conduct and Manage Cycle Counts : Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and post counts in our system.
• Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies : Dive deep into inventory discrepancies to determine their root causes. Work with the team to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
• Work Together and Communicate Effectively : Collaborate with various shifts and departments to ensure inventory accuracy and achieve weekly and monthly count targets. Keep leadership informed of progress and obstacles in a proactive manner.
• Continuous Improvement : Actively engage in ongoing enhancement efforts and lean activities to boost inventory accuracy and overall efficiency.
• Audit and Support : Assist with physical inventory counts, coordinate inventory audits with finance and external auditors, and support the accurate storage of products and materials.
