Purchasing / Shipping & Receiving Associate

Onsite : Lancaster, WI

Our client, a well-established and innovative job shop manufacturing company inLancaster, WI, is seeking aPurchasing / Shipping & Receiving Associate to support day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, purchasing, and inventory management.

This is afull-time, onsite role where you will be hands-on in keeping materials, components, and documentation organized and flowing smoothly. Youll play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently and customers receive quality service.

What Youll Do :

  • Ship both small parcels and freight, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Receive and check in incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Purchase materials, components, and shop supplies needed for projects
  • Manage and track inventory of components and shop supplies
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) records and compliance documentation
  • Create project binders and documentation packages
  • Provide support to the Office Administrator as needed

    • What You Bring :

  • Prior experience in shipping / receiving, purchasing, or inventory management (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP / MRP systems a plus)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Work Schedule & Compensation :

  • Onsite Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (First Shift)
  • Pay : $20 $25 / hr depending on experience
