RN Home Health - Columbia, MO - Local or Traveler

13 weeks

FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

28 units / week productivity target with no on-call required. Territory will primarily be the counties of Boone, Cole, Callaway, Montgomery, Audrain, Monroe, Randolph, Macon, Howard, and Cooper. Visits may extend to other counties on occasion, but branch considers drive time and location of patient when scheduling visits.

Home Health experience, HCHB & Oasis EMR required

Skills

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

OASIS Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required

CHPN certification - Preferred

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license - Required

Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required

2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required

Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
