Sales Director
TripleLift is seeking a Sales Director to join our Agency Holding Company sales team. This senior-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while deepening relationships across key agency accounts. The ideal candidate is based in the New York metropolitan area and brings a strong track record of success within the advertising ecosystem.
The Sales Director will lead a portfolio of agency holding company accounts, with a focus on growing both new and existing business. They will be expected to develop and execute a strategic plan for account prioritization, pipeline management, and revenue generation. This individual must be adept at positioning TripleLift's full suite of programmatic offerings - including Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and grow relationships with agencies, key advertisers, trading desks and DSP contacts
- Lead sales activities for a targeted list of IPG agency + client accounts
- Effectively sell TripleLift's programmatic products across CTV, Retail Media, Native, OLV, + data solutions
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
- Utilize superior analytical skills and have a firm grasp of customer needs
- Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by listening to key business requirements, and selling through TL's solutions that meet the client's needs.
- Assess potential business deals, through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities via strategic partnerships
- Network at industry-relevant functions to increase TripleLift's visibility and connect with new clients.
- Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and the status of prospective projects

$125,000 - $135,000 USD
