job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage a select portfolio of high-end Commercial Lines clients Develop and streamline departmental workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency Collaborate closely with the Director of Commercial Lines to oversee day-to-day operations Identify growth opportunities for the department, including cross-selling and expanding coverage options Drive the achievement of agency goals and performance objectives Continuously enhance the client service experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction Generate and analyze monthly reports to assess progress toward departmental goals Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers Foster a productive and positive work environment within the department Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal utilization of our agency management system and carrier websites Participate in annual staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new team members
Commercial Lines Account Manager
The Commercial Lines Account Manager plays a key role in managing the insurance needs of commercial clients. This position involves providing high-quality customer service, handling policy renewals, assisting with new business development, and ensuring clients' insurance programs are tailored to meet their specific risk management needs. The Account Manager will collaborate with producers, underwriters, and clients to deliver excellent service and foster strong client relationships.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
- An active P & C License
- Strong knowledge of Commercial insurance products, coverage types, and underwriting processes
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
