Material Planning Coord III

Logistics Manager

Maintains job progress and status records and notifies supervisor of impending delays or serious difficulties affecting commitments.

Prepares special reports on orders and status as required.

Anticipates or responds to material shortages due to lost, damaged or defective material in order to prevent work stoppages in area of responsibility.

Maintains accurate records by updating applicable systems which provide regular reports on the status of product to the Supply Chain Planner.

Ensures that engineering change orders affecting parts and material are incorporated into products by effective date.

Oversees and trains more junior personnel as required.

May be tasked to lead small to medium volume production lines as needed.

Proficient in all applications of Oracle, DSS, SFW, PDM and TIPQA to accomplish daily tasks.

Actively participates in cycle count activities in the factory.

Actively participates in the establishment of Point of Use Material in the factory.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills : Requires a High School education or equivalent and four (4) years related experience in material / production or configuration control. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay Information : Full-Time Salary Range : $56195 - $89912. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
