Construction Supervisor

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Trueson Exteriors & Interiors is seeking a Construction Supervisor for both our Exterior and Interior departments with direct field experience in Exterior structural remodeling and Interior remodeling. This position will manage multiple in-house crews and Subcontractor crews as needed and ensure job sites are safe, efficient and high-quality. This is a boots on the ground leadership role perfect for someone who is ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. JOB DETAILS : Competitive pay that is negotiable Full Time Monday-Friday (some weekends occasionally) Day Shift Job Duties Summary : Construction Supervisors are responsible for the following : Communicate with Project Managers prior to job to understand full scope and goals of project Work with Project Manager to ensure proper materials are ordered Communicate as needed with homeowners about scheduling or any other issues Work within labor budgets Jobsite photo documentation Complete Daily Logs on project Inventory tools and materials and work with daily deliveries being made Manage crews and direct them on their daily responsibilities Visit multiple job sites daily or as needed to property direct crews Ensure clean and safe job site Provide clear communication to management and team members as needed Provide clear leadership for crews on how the project should be ran and best approach to ensuring profitability and efficiency Qualifications : Hands-on construction experience Proven ability to manage projects and field crews Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Able to multitask across multiple active projects Problem Solving Safety & Compliance skill set Leadership skills that motivate and lead Keen attention to detail Must have a clean driving record Benefits Package : Trueson Exteriors & Interiors offers a competitive benefits package including the following : Company contributed Health Insurance Voluntary benefits including : Dental Vision Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Critical Illness Hospitalization Accident 401-K plan with company match Bonus Opportunities Paid Time off Paid Holidays Trueson Exteriors & Interiors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
