A company is looking for a Policy Operations Specialist to support new business and in-force policy operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process applications, evaluate accuracy, and issue new policies in compliance with regulations

Manage data entry, documentation, and policy issuance tasks, including printing and mailing

Research and resolve inquiries from policy owners, agents, and applicants

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience with a high school diploma)

2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in insurance or financial services

Ability to work independently with limited supervision while supporting team objectives

Proficiency in applying policies / procedures and producing accurate correspondence
