Finance Associate Attorney Qualifications

2+ years demonstrated expertise in representing borrowers and / or lenders in reserve-based lending transactions, other types of secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and project financings.

Role will focus on providing legal counsel and support to clients in connection with reserve-based lending transactions, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and project financings.

Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
