Responsibilities

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-focused environment

Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)

️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)

Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication

Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and / or frame

️ Install and attach hardware

Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance

Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment

Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders

Basic math skills : addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals

Ability to read a tape measure to 1 / 16 inch accuracy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift

Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks

A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability

Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards

Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals

️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus

Customer-focused mentality and a desire to exceed expectations
