Champion Window - Field Marketer (Events and Canvassing)

Part-time Roles Available

Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in marketing? Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines as a brand ambassador to potential clients.

As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing at home shows, festivals, or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay : $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
  • Set appointments door-to-door for residential in-home estimates
  • Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
  • Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
  • Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
  • Be reliable and available consistently
  • Display professional time management
  • Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
  • Assist with booth setup and breakdown
  • Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
  • Utilize mobile technology for data entry

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
  • Engage prospects aggressively and consistently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Willing to work weekends
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours
  • Willing to travel approximately 10%

    In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based compensation structure. High performers can earn between $15-$19 per hour, with weekly commissions ranging from $750 to $1500 or more. Pay depends on experience, location, education, and certifications.
