Field Support Associate II – North America Field Testing and Pipeline Delivery (Whitstown, IN)

Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting-edge technology and innovation to operate and maintain field research equipment and deliver high quality data.
• Travel 75% of the time with opportunity to travel across North America performing equipment operations in corn, soybean, canola, wheat and cotton.
• Thrive in agile environments, drive high-quality deliverables, demonstrate effective communication across teams, and show initiative in problem-solving with peers.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations in alignment with Sustainability Safety Health & Environment (SSHE), Stewardship requirements, and Business Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Leverage digital and mechanical platforms to collect, analyze, and deliver data on agronomic traits throughout the growing season.
• Collaborate across diverse teams and functions, while establishing and maintaining community partnerships.
• Execute field research equipment training and build supporting documentation.
• Drive greater than 15,000 business miles annually in a shared company supplied vehicle.

Required Qualifications

10,000 lbs. GCWR) without air brake designation and obtain licensing to meet region-specific justifications (US DOT / FMCSA or Transport Canada) including any required specialized licenses to enable the hauling of trailers, product, supplies or equipment in a safe manner.

Posting will be available until November 11, 2025. This position will be in Whitstown, IN. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $56,424.80 – $84,637.20. Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data / ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
