$120,000 $350,000 Unlimited earning, you are paid a guaranteed daily rate to start and then switch to % of your work.

Our team of Lake Ridge VA dentists also includes dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff who pride themselves on treating each patient with courtesy and providing a welcoming and caring environment. The team at Lake Ridge Dental looks forward to providing Woodbridge patients with the care they need and helping them improve their smile and oral health, and as such we are looking for an Associate to join our group who prioritizes these same values and perspectives!

You will be a key clinical leader in a general dentistry family-oriented practice. You will be responsible for delivering superior service to patients and leading a team within the practice while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff morale.
