Job Description

Seeking a dedicated full-time Therapist in Montello, WI, to provide mental health and substance use treatment services such as assessment, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, outreach, and prevention.

• Wage : $30.69 – $34.30 / hour (DOQ), schedule Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM.

• Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), 3,000 supervised clinical hours, and eligibility as a medical assistance provider.
• Preferred experience in substance use treatment, valid WI driver’s license, insured vehicle, and background checks required.
