Acutronic is looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Team with various aspects of finance and accounting tasks, including reconciliations, project and cost analysis, financial modelling, and support for forecasting, tax and audit. Our ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or business-related fields, have excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Your Roles / Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial spreadsheets and databases.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Contribute to cost summaries and analysis related to customer projects, overheads, taxes, and audits.
  • Participate in the monthly closing process.
  • Assist with various ad hoc finance projects and tasks as needed.

Your Profile / Qualifications / Skills :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Position Type / Physical Demands :

  • This is a temporary, full-time position that will occur during summer break from academic studies.
  • The company provides a '9 / 80' or '4 / 10' flexible schedule option.
  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
