Eligibility Note

This program is designed exclusively for builders, mortgage companies, real estate brokerages, developers, investment groups, regional banks / credit unions, and large real estate teams who currently operate their own title company or wish to expand with minimum overhead costs.

To qualify, participants must demonstrate the capacity to consistently produce 30 or more closings per month.

Unauthorized deviations or non-compliance will result in immediate review and potential termination of the fee office relationship.
