Senior Accountant

Location : Dadeland, Florida

Schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote - Hybrid

Annual Salary : $85,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities :

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

  • Execute month-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
  • Manage revenue recognition processes in accordance with applicable standards
  • Support supplier onboarding and maintain ongoing vendor communications
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
  • Provide financial insights and reporting directly to the Director of Finance

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification is a huge plus
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Prior experience in a small CPA firm or Big 4 public accounting environment is preferred
  • Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Business Central, Power BI, SQL, Hyperion, or Python is advantageous
