Manager, Technical Service and Training APAC page is loaded## Manager, Technical Service and Training APAClocations : Eaton, OH (Headquarters)time type : Full timeposted on : Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id : R-101408The primary responsibility of the Manager, Technical Digital Assets is leading the technical digital assets team in delivering industry-leading, easy-to-access documentation and knowledge resources that provide instructions to the operators of our equipment, improving their equipment uptime and reducing their total cost of ownership. This role involves creating new and maintaining existing service documentation and knowledge resources to support both external service technicians and internal service teams. Accountabilities
- Lead and provide hands-on support in the development of documentation and knowledge resources that support the operators of our equipment and the service technicians who service this equipment.
- Analyze and create the business case for new knowledge tools and knowledge delivery platforms.
- Develop HennyPennyHelp web-based platforms to integrate new features and continuously improve content
- Grow HennyPennyHelp effectiveness and expand use by end users, service technicians and parts personnel.
- Measure the usage and effectiveness of content to demonstrate improvement and growth.
- Attend project meetings for both new projects and existing products to stay current with timelines, inputs and deliverables
- Meet project deadlines / schedules to deliver documentation and knowledge resources to support new product development.
- Ensure consistency with technical digital assets
- Train and educate team direct reports on process and standards used for Henny Penny documentation and content creation.
- Grow, develop, and manage direct reports
- Define and set goals and strive to meet those goals.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs and stakeholders to ensure knowledge is accurate and meets the needs of customers.
- Develop, monitor, and report out on training metrics including usage of content and satisfaction of users
- Consistently models the Company values and expected behaviors.

- Bachelor (Other) Web Development, Communications, or related field Required
- 3+ years technical communications Required
- 3+ years management experience Required
- Outstanding record of developing new ideas and creative solutions
- Ability to create business cases to make decisions about digital assets and communication needs.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain digital assets
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Intermediate problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Project / Program Management skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Product knowledge (all product lines) preferred.
