Warehouse Associate – Waterford, CT

Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Overview :

HW Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Waterford, CT. This position is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely.
  • Receive, store, and stage products for shipment or distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through counting, labeling, and organization of goods.
  • Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
