The Opportunity :

A results-oriented senior manager of PP&T (Price, Promotion, and Trade) is sought to lead division's revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing pricing, promotional activities, and trade spend. This role requires working cross-functionally with various departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing, trade, and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions
• Develop and execute pricing strategies by aligning with product management team to set prices for products across various channels, optimizing price points
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to make informed pricing decisions and to identify opportunities for price optimization.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies that align with business objectives and attract target audiences
• Monitor and evaluate promotional performance for adjustments based on performance and market trends.
• Develop trade strategies and plans, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment with the company's growth and profit objectives
• Optimize trade spending by analyzing trade promotion executions to uncover opportunities for improved ROI and influencing tangible improvements for key customers
• Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and influencing decision-making processes

Job Requirements :

Recruiting Range : $103,000 - $175,000 USD
