Project Coordination Select, order, and track materials. Coordinate factory-mounting and delivery schedules. Commissioning & Troubleshooting Validate system functionality and resolve issues with subcontractors. Documentation & Communication Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Conduct site-specific training for system operators. Quality & Safety Adhere to safety standards and promote high safety awareness. Associate degree in a technical field + 7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of construction, mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems. Proficiency in control theory, automation systems, and low-voltage integration (LON, BACnet). Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Advanced computer skills, especially in drafting tools like Visio. Bachelor's degree in engineering + 5 years of experience. Familiarity with IP networking and Tridium / Niagara Framework.
Job Overview
This role focuses on designing, configuring, and operating integrated building control systems—including fire, security, lighting, nurse call, and data networks—to meet project specifications. It involves software development, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with field teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Configuration
Design complex building control systems for contract documents.
Prepare submittals and installation drawings.
Load and commission system / network controllers.
Provide field change updates for as-built drawings and software.
Participate in release meetings and apply value engineering.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $85,000.00 - 108,000.00 USD Annual. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
