Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall application development strategy in alignment with business objectives

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software developers and application architects

Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant work experience or a master's degree with 10 years of relevant work experience

15+ years of experience in application development with increasing leadership responsibility

15+ years of hands-on experience with Java, JSP, and related frameworks in enterprise environments

3+ years of experience working with Salesforce applications

Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional software development projects
