Job Description : Client is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Creative Quality Lead to join our Ag & Turf Creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of creative marketing assets across digital, video, and print formats. You’ll lead the proofing process, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and help maintain high standards across all deliverables.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end proofing process for creative assets, including internal and stakeholder reviews.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand consistency, and stakeholder-requested changes are implemented correctly.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and content leads to deliver high-quality creative work aligned with marketing goals.
• Track and manage project timelines, ensuring all assets are reviewed and approved on schedule.
• Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
• Onboard new team members and coach existing staff on quality standards and best practices.
