Mixologist - The Gathering Spot Los Angeles

We're seeking an experienced and passionate mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a flair for hospitality to our high-energy bar environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Craft exceptional cocktails with speed and accuracy in a high-volume setting.
  • Develop and curate innovative cocktail menus that reflect seasonal trends and local tastes.
  • Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all beverages.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create complementary food and drink pairings.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or craft bartender.
  • Proven track record of operating efficiently in high-volume events and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in menu development and cocktail innovation.
  • Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high performance and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bartender certification or relevant mixology training.
  • RBS & ServSafe Certifications.
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and bar management software.

    Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks.
  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
