The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates advanced clinical judgment, and works collaboratively with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities : Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill medical patients. Administer medications, interventions, and life-support treatments as ordered. Utilize and interpret advanced monitoring equipment and devices. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and condition changes. Requirements : Current RN license in good standing. BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred. Minimum of 2 years of recent MICU experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
