What Youll Do

Lead the development of customer-facing web apps (preferably E-Commerce ) using React.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, and Cloud Engineering teams to bring innovative features to life.

Provide technical leadership & mentorship to other React developers.

Ensure applications remain secure, scalable, and high-performing .

Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in modern web development.

Stay ahead of the curve by adopting the latest React and front-end technologies .

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of hands-on experience in React development with a strong project portfolio.

Proficiency in React, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript .

Experience with AWS cloud services, CI / CD solutions, and monitoring tools (New Relic, etc.) .

Exposure to Node.js and back-end development.

Proven ability to lead teams and mentor developers .

Familiarity with Agile methodologies .

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
