About Our Client :

Addison Group is working with our client to identify a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist. This role plays a vital part in shaping the new hire experience by providing both administrative support and a welcoming introduction to company culture.

Job Description :

The Onboarding Specialist will coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process from offer acceptance through an employee's first weeks on the job. This includes managing data entry, ensuring compliance, scheduling orientations, and being a first point of contact for new team members. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a people-first approach to create a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Employee Setup & Records

• Enter new hire details into HR systems (HRIS, ADP, or similar).
• Process payroll and benefits enrollment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collect and maintain compliance documentation (I-9, tax forms, direct deposit info, etc.).
