About The Position

Job Title : RN Cath Lab

Profession : RN

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : 1-2 years of cumulative job-specific experience required.

License : Registered Nurse credentialed from the state department of financial and professional regulation.

Certifications : BLS Provider required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Must-Have :

Cardiac Cath Lab and IR experience strongly preferred.

Description :

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Call requirements include every third weekend and at least 16 on-calls in a 6-week period.

DCI / BVP, BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.
