What You’ll Do

Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, webinars, and video

Design and produce media kits, promotional materials, landing pages, and digital ads

Write compelling marketing copy that engages audiences and drives action

Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support client revenue growth

Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights to optimize future campaigns

Participate in client meetings and events as needed (up to 10% travel)

What Makes You a Fit

1–3 years of B2B marketing experience, including copywriting, design, and campaign execution

Strong project management skills with a knack for organization and detail

Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment

Clear, confident communicator with a creative mindset

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud

Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and marketing collateral

Bonus Points

Experience in publishing, advertising, or sponsorships

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Our hybrid environment offers you the option of working from home two days per week. Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines. Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $50k - $53k.
